I had the same problem for ages. What actually helped me was using Claude AI with a specific prompt structure instead of asking it to 'write me a video idea' I give it my niche + audience + a format constraint. The output goes from generic to actually usable. I ended up writing down all the prompts I use regularly into a little pack if anyone wants it …happy to share.
