Most people could probably just start walking 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week and cure a lot of their physical issues. 🤷 Get up and Move. Walk. Vacuum. Sweep and mop. Clean your bathroom. Change your sheets. Do your laundry.

tried it today, worked with my left leg up.. got a charlie horse in my hip flexor when putting the right side(my bad side) up😂😂 which tells me i need to keep doing them💀

That looks bad for someone’s ankle. I would put my foot on the box a little bit more and flex the ankle to keep the knee in line with the ankle.
