@lori_ilc: Love a sweet + salty treat 🥨🍪 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened) 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/4 cup all- purpose flour 1 tsp corn starch 1 tsp baking powder 3/4 cup crushed pretzels 1/3 cup chopped caramel 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional: flaky salt to top 1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, add the softened butter and sugars to a large bowl. Mix well until combined. 3. Add in the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. 4. Add the dry ingredients; flour, corn starch, and baking powder. Mix until combined. 5. Add the pretzels, caramel, and chocolate chips. Mix until combined. 6. Using a 2 tbsp scoop, scoop and add cookies to the prepared baking sheet, 2 inches apart. 7. Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden. 8. Let cookies cool for a couple minutes before transferring to a baking rack to cool for 10 minutes.
