Run channel (that rubber piece that surrounds the glass) is dirty and something is causing the window to slow down enough that it causes the anti- pinch to trigger. I work on subarus, it isn’t a concern with the window regulator.

the "anti pinch" needs to be relearned hold the window switch down till the window bottoms out wait a few seconds and then roll it all the way up and keep holding it for a few seconds

So auto windows need to be calibrated occasionally, especially if disconnected or the battery dies/is weak. Most can be recalibrated by holding the button down until the window is down all the way, keep holding it for 3-5 seconds, the hold it up until it’s fully closed and continue to hold the button up for 3-5 seconds, then hold it down again until it’s fully open and continue to hold the button for 3-5 seconds. Should fix it. Source: I did insurance work autobody for years

run channel and window need cleaned and you can lubricate the run channel with silicone spray if that doesn't work probably need a new run channel pretty common on Subarus

Former Subie advisor; going to assume it’s an Outback or Forester? Either way, the window will need relearning. If you take it to your local dealer, most likely they can do that in the service drive without charging you anything. Hope this helps!
