DoorDash is terrible with refunds. I always have missing food and they just tell me I’m SOL. I don’t ever use them anymore

If they refuse, that's all you need to report it as fraud to your bank or credit union. they want to see that you at least reacted out and requested it.

Happen to us ordered DoorDash from Popeyes. It was like $70 worth of stuff. My boyfriend watched the DoorDasher literally drive by his house and mark his order delivered. Took like four weeks to get a refund. Never order from DoorDash anymore.

You can add a pin onto your DoorDash account, you do have to be given the food but it makes it to where they can’t do this. Sadly it’s not DoorDash, people are just horrible.

I ordered BWW and they delivered the wrong order. Asked for it to be redelivered. Dasher picked it up said they were in the way. Waited 10 mins past time. Looked at app dasher canceled. Had to fight to get a refund.

As a dasher I’m so sorry. I hope they get banned but I love doordashing. It truly helps with my extra bills. I’m sorry support wasn’t supportive , that sucks. But trust we’re not all like that
