@cookwithhali: Cottage Cheese Bread (4 Soft Buns) Ingredients: • 300 g (1¼ cups) cottage cheese (blended) • 200 g (1⅔ cups) all-purpose flour • 1 whole egg (50 g) • 1½ tsp baking powder (6 g) • ⅛ tsp baking soda • Big pinch salt (1.5 g) • 1 egg yolk + 2 tbsp milk (for brushing) Instructions: 1. In a bowl, blend cottage cheese until smooth. 2. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and the whole egg. 3. Mix everything until a sticky dough forms. 4. Shape into one dough ball, then divide into 4 pieces. 5. Make each into a bun and place on an oven rack or baking tray. 6. Brush with egg yolk mixed with milk. 7. Bake at 175°C / 350°F for 25–30 minutes, until golden.
