Thats not bad, I work for a big company and our tankless install is about 10k, repipes are around another 12-16, mind you this is a big company with about 30 plus trucks

The company I work for would been around 6500 for the tankless, 15k for the repipe depending on the bathrooms and 2500-4500 on the new water main. I think you did well but if you want to scale I’d price a bit more
