Yes it’s the man’s problem and should not be our job to handle but The method to use is to pretend they don’t exist. No eye contact, no facial expression, look straight thru them, zero engangment no matter what they do or say (unless they touch you then scream/curse at the top of your lungs). Bad behavior =extinction method (psychological term google it!)
