My daughter is 4 and didn’t let me put ice and getting her not to scratch IS SOOOO HARD her skin will start to heal and starts bleeding again from scratching 🫠

what moisturizer should I use? I have cortizone 10 the itch relief one and I have the Neutrogena deep moisture lotion for dry skin. the flare is under my eye and I've been putting Vaseline but I saw in another video that its not doing anything for me if anything making it worse and I don't know what to do
