if the building manager forces them to get rid of the window AC units the building manager has to put in central air units! they cannot force residents to live without AC that is part of renter's law! the building I used to live in downtown Concord was over a hundred years old and every room in their head a window AC and it did not even attempt to overload the electrical! so that electrical overload was just bs!

here's the problem with internal ACs. the ducks are and need to be replaced once every 2 years but there's nobody out there that can afford to replace those types of systems and they get extremely dirty and cause sickness. so as soon as you go into your house after a long day of work you start your sickness process inside your AC. trying to cool off the central AC units are no good. they never were and they never will be look inside your department store and look at the mold and the mildew that comes out and goes in from those places
