The difference is that Bitcoin was created in 2008, so it has about 17 years of history. In contrast, the S&P 500 was introduced in the 1950s, giving it around 70 years of historical performance data. Because the S&P 500 has a long track record of growth and resilience, it's generally seen as more reliable. Bitcoin, being much newer and more volatile, doesn't yet have the same level of historical evidence to support consistent long-term performance.
