Yes as a nurse and a user of tirze i can say effective talaga 'yan, nag lose ako ng 10kg. Pero if di nyo afford baker slim I know someone who I can recommend na mura and effective ๐ฅฐ

Same effect lang nung baker slim gamit ko yet so affordable pa I lose around 12kg for 2 months no exercise since walang time Iโve already tried so many types of diets beforeโlow carb, calorie deficit, fasting but none of them worked for me long-term.
