I been vaccinated but got Covid variant, going on week 3, did the symptoms lessen? Doesn’t feel like it, phlegm so ick, sleeping upright is necessary to prevent choking. Sinus, sore throat, bronchitis… ugh

It does not lessen symptoms! 🤦🏻♀️Very simple. Rinse sinuses and gargle. High vit C, D and zinc.

everyone needs to still have tests on hand. when I finally got it for the first time last fall I managed to get a super faint positive test on day 3 so my doctor was able to prescribe paxlovid. which also sucked but I know people with 5+ years of Long Covid so I'll do anything to help prevent complications
