@toolstoday: Most people would likely use a miter saw to crosscut all of these pieces to final length, but I prefer to do it on the table saw. I find that doing it on a table saw allows me to be much more precise in getting everything to the exact right size across all of the pieces I need to cut. It's also made easy with this miter gauge that is locked at an exact 90 degrees so I get perfectly square cuts, every single time.
