You can tell the level of tendinitis present by which level they do💀 (I’m relegated to doing level 1 if I even do skull crushers due to elbow injury)

Top level is dumbell to put the same amount of strain on your triceps. Sub naturally with an EZ bar your dominant arm will work harder
