when your nails are mostly dry, add cuticle oil or any oil really, to the nail and it will help it dry even faster.

I know this isn’t for everyone but have you tried using henna on your nails it’s a stain so you don’t have to worry about picking it off

if you have a hard time with picking off nail polish but don't want to damage your nails try a peel off base coat!! it comes off naturally after about a week but you can pick it off and it won't ruin your nail beds!!

I'm a recovering nail biter, and I found that staring at shiny, holographic or iridescent glitter on a sheer base is a decent distraction from chewing on my nails. I haven't bitten my nails in more than a decade maybe.

I am bad for picking up my cuticles. I actually tore my nail out of the nail bed once so I actually spend the money to get my nails professionally done because psychologically the waste of money stops me from picking.
