The only Ryobi stuff that has died on me has been a couple of dropped batteries and recently a circular saw that served me well since 2008. Their tech has improved quite a bit. I’m sure red and yellow stuff is nice but for the money I am good with green.

Ryobi is the best. My stuff lasts and is years old. If you need to replace still better than other expensive options

LOVE Ryobi. I loved em when they were blue. Never had any problems with them in the 20 years I’ve been using them.
