I just a stuffy nose every time I lay down at night one side so I lay on opposite side then the other side gets stuffy 😭

They aren’t levels they are sizes??? You do what fits your nose. I have a small nose and anything bigger then the 2 just doesn’t fit

Does this really help? I have a deviated septum I don’t wanna get surgery for (healing sucks) but could use some extra air in my nostrils when I sleep (Flonase helps me through the day)
