This happened to me MULTIPLE TIMES. Call the store he ordered to, change your passwords and report it to Ulta. Also call your police office and the local one to the store bc Ulta considers this real money and it’s fraud.

Omg this happened to me this year!! A lady from WA ordered an expensive shampoo and a nail file using my points. I called ulta and they got me my points back.
