Sad part is the boy never went to school cause his dad didn't and his dad felt it was a waste of time/money. She had to enroll herself while her brother was made to work in the store learning how to cheat people.

I mean you're usually in the hospital for 3 days or so, at least here in America that's all we get unless something is wrong. I'm willing to bet he got left in the car while the dad was picking up the mom and baby to take them home.

honestly going back and watching this as an adult, you realize the boy was also severely neglected and that he was simply treating her that way because the parents did as well. he never had a chance to prove he could be better, makes me sad.
