Totally agree. Granted we sold in a different market but when we met with our realtor I said let’s pick a price that is as low as possible to get as many people in the door as possible. It worked. Price should have been mid 700k and we listed for 699. We had a line out the door because it looked like a bargain. Sold for over ask.
