Sounds directionally correct but the team’s process, efficiency, and readiness/decisiveness make a big difference. My last 2 jobs at large F500s turnaround was fast.

Usually works, though I applied for a job and three interviews over the course of three months. The fourth interview offer came 2.5 months later. I said no, but back to go because who knows? It was the best job of my life!! There was not another person in place. They were slow and careful.
