There was a whole Alled campaign in the Middle East to put down pro Axis governments in Iraq & Iran. The British contributed most of the ground and air forces, but as seen in the video, the USSR got involved as well.

Das war eine gemeinsame Aktion der Alliierten im 2.Wk. Auch Briten und Amerikaner besetzten den Iran um Nachschublinien offen zu halten. Nach dem Krieg blieben Briten und Amerikaner und zwangen die Sowjets zu gehen durch Androhung des Atomwaffeneinsatzes. Immer bei der Wahrheit bleiben!
