Hydrogen peroxide works the best and it's so cheap. Soak the area. Let it set a few minutes then suck it back up with a wet back or towel. Repeat maybe once. Apply cornstarch to get the rest of the moisture out vacuum up the cornstarch once it's soaked up the moisture. Works every time.

I’ve used Rocco and Roxie on my couch cushions. The key is to let it sit for like an hour. If you can wash something, spray it, let it sit then add white vinegar to bleach dispenser in washer. Vinegar neutralizes cat urine.

sounds like they need to be outside cats! your cat should not be urinating all over your home unless it has a health issue. they make diapers for pets if so.
