@thatdetroitandy: Someone stole my payphone and I’m not sure why. It actually wasn’t a payphone in that you need money to use it - it was a free phone that anyone in the community could use to place and receive free calls, have a voicemail box, reach city services, and so much more. It was a part of a free phone project across America called Futel which I’ve been a huge fan of for years. I’m too young to have seen the glory days of “phone phreaking” but I researched a ton of the culture when I was very young. Captain Crunch was an icon and I fully believe in free telephony for all. It’s essential. So I’m hoping this video finds the right audience and we can get our phone back so we can go back to letting everyone use it. Please.
