Ballard gold hi lift cut much better then oem high lift blades, not even close actually.

from my personal experience the Ballard has more suction under the deck, the first three seasons OEM blades. first mows with Ballard sucked 2 utility covers up previously had no issues 😔

I have a different brand but I’d stick with your stock blades the Ballard are pretty expensive for no extra usage

i would be curious what would happen if you could ad a spacer on the shaft to bring the blade down to same hight of the deer, would you get the same suction ? obviously that ads risk of hitting bolt head on ground but would be an interesting to see
