As a dealership employee I can tell you that if the police report states the other driver is 100% at fault, the dealership is not responsible. Go after the other persons insurance. Sue if you have to and request they pay your attorneys fees. You will win.

That is a common way for the insurance to avoid responsible. File a suit against the other driver and the dealership and let the judge figure out who is paying.
