@lifewithcaitie: Fat Plugs 101: • Eat high protein! • Make sure your iron levels aren't too low, I take an iron supplement since I'm anemic. • Mix the milk you pump together (if you wish, I do this occasionally for convenience). • Use a narrow container for storage like the @Medela tubes or even Parents Choice storage bottles. • Fill milk to the middle of the brim, not top or below. • Keep refrigerated for at least 4 days (CDC guidelines say 4 days max for U.S.) • Don't stress!!! • Do the "milk shake" before you pump! • Massage the tatas before you pump!!!
