if you want to level up your salad, you hard boil the eggs, then remove the yolks and mix them into your dressing (mayo, mustard, pickles, ect) and rough chop the whites and fold them in

Practically the same thing. I mess with my wife about potatos all the time. Went to a restaurant there were fries and she wanted to try the seasoned chips. I told here they were just flat french fires. Or if you dip your fries in ketchup why no mashed potatoes or baked potatoes because they are all still just potatoes. Then she just stares at me lol

🤔 i don't know but i usually don't like egg salad because i don't like the taste of the yolk when it's been hard boiled but i love scrambled eggs. I'm trying it thanks for the idea!

Crack them all in a casserole dish and put them on the to shelf @350. Put a casserole dish in bottom shelf half filled with water i can’t remember how long, but cook until set and chip up once cool
