Have to wear trousers incase of an injury but you’re allowed to wear a t-shirt and have your arms out, and most people I see on site in this weather don’t even wear a t-shirt, just a hi-vis that barely covers their upper body. Just doesn’t make sense

Some of the sites deliver too won’t allow short sleeve tops or shorts because they don’t want the claim of sunburn but happy for them to get heatstroke
