i work with automation and robotics, what hes saying is only for fearmongering purposes i believe, idk why. Maybe to justify evil acts with use of AI. AI machineries needs huge amount of computing power to function, and once we take away it they will simply be very limited or stop working. Also those machineries have no consciouness and needs to be told what to do.
