Before you have any surgery - please please please have them test your IgG antibody levels! Simple blood test! I have an immune disorder where I don’t make enough antibodies, and chronic sinusitis is a major symptom of that. I did have a balloon sinuplasty (much less invasive but still a surgery) and I’m glad I had that, but once I started treating the immune disorder, the chronic sinusitis rapidly improved. Another sinus surgery would’ve just masked the problem.

ears and the nose are connected ! its called the eustachian tube, its 100% normal that your ears hurt bc of your nose, go see a specialist ears throat nose doc

I had sinus surgery twice in the last year and just got my tonsils out (never had strep once) but my tonsils were starting my infections and I had sinus infections 1 or 2x a month. So worth it to be healthy!

i had chronic sinusitis for my entire life too and the ENT recommended a rhinoplasty for my deviated septum HOWEVER after i got invisalign to widen my bite (so i can breathe through my nose) and cut out gluten and dairy it’s completely gone

I had a deviated septum and chronic sinusitis for SO long! I had the surgery and everything and my life is SO different now. I’m rarely ever sick anymore. I still have allergies and will get sick like once a year, but that’s so much better than 24/7!

I haven’t had sinusitis once since going vegan. I’ve been vegan since 2018. I used to get it all the time - chronic sinusitis. Went vegan for the animals and my health randomly got sooo much better. Rarely get sick now
