guys, trust me, book かげつ (Kagetsu) instead. It's a GREAT ryokan with Onsen. City is 笛吹市 (Fuefuki). it's not too far from the Fuji (in fact you can see the tip in some places) and you can get there in around 1 hour with the shinkansen from Tokyo
