All that UMPIRE had to do, was say if he doesn’t leave the team he represents for fits and loses the game, that way the blame will be on that out of control parrot instead of now making the umpire be as guilty as the parrot

Here’s a easy way of handling it. When a parent gets out of hand, the coaches know who the parents belong to and tell said coach you will forfeit the game if you do not get your parent out of here.

Our soccer league gives Red Cards to eject parents. They keep the clock running while they wait for them to get out of sight and sound. If the parent doesn’t leave they forfeit after a period of time. Might be a time for that in baseball

Never seen an umpire go on the other side of the fence. I mean it is pretty noble thing, but NFHS does not allow this. Not to mention what can happen outside the field. I have had to ask fans to leave but normally do so through a team coach or representative following the guidelines.
