if it's only to walk to places you can just use an umbrella/parasol to block the sun. it's actually pretty effective and makes you look kinda whimsical. it also helps me with migraines as bright sunlight is a trigger for me.

my favorite is Neutrogena ultra sheer dry touch. it kinda smells faintly of sunscreen but it doesn't feel greasy or slimy at all.

super goop! It applies like a dry oil, no sticky, no weight. I hate sunscreen too. ELf has a knock off called SKIN suntouchable too but i haven't tried it yet.

My derm recommended CeraVe mineral! It’s mildly sunscreen-y, but not super scented and doesn’t make me a greaseball. It does leave a white cast though!

Have you tried a sunscreen stick? I've found a handful of scent-free sticks that have zinc oxide in them and they've been a total game changer. More expensive than the smelly stuff, but no more grease or smell!

It's not one of the cheapest brands, but I've really liked Supergoop. They have multiple formulations with different textures. I put their SPF oil in with my lotion as I'm applying it, but I also like their mineral glow sunscreens- neither chalky or slimy, IMO

Supergoop oil is the only one that I’ve found that the texture doesn’t bother me to wear all day and it doesn’t smell like sunscreen either. I hope you find one that works for you!

ive heard Korean sunscreen is really good i use Black Girl Sunscreen and I really like it, its less sunscreeney then most. but my sensory issues aren't huge so 🤷

Personally if someone made me put on sunscreen or wear a sun shirt I’d rather just not be in their life- sensory is just as important as physical mainly cause sensory overload has made me damage my physical body. So yeah and tho I do think people have their own preferences on how they wanna be treated just take the safe route if you have a friend with sensory issues. State the options and then give the consequences to that option if it has one. Take care of your mental equally to your physical 🤍🤍
