How are people in the comments not seeing how ridiculously negligent it is for a caretaker to be intoxicated to this level? If you came home to your baby sitter shitfaced would you be okay with that? Blows me away the way some people think parents get passes over other caretakers.

They can’t arrest them he did nothing wrong he wasn’t driving drunk yes he was drunk don’t give me wrong but his son went tp the bathroom with him and he left why would they keep him there let him do his business gang like what and then he said he was going home and he had someone coming to drive them…… nothing wrong

He was answering questions with coherent answers. He was doing everything and answering everything within what is required in a legal framework. It’s when he tried to stand up. They launched on him. It was more out of what they thought he might do than what he’s done that’s not how it works.
