One time I was doing a service call at a bike store. As I was working, a guy came in to fix his bike he just bought. They told him they messed up and they were going to give him the correct bike. A lower end bike. If he wanted to keep it, it was an additional 3.5k... full price was like 11k. Guy said thats fine and paid without a second thought lol I'm on the wrong business
