It's an amazing Peruvian seafood restaurant that really celebrates the authentic and diverse flavors of Peruvian gastronomy. I opted for the tasting menu, and it was insanely good! Every dish took me on a delicious tour through Peru’s incredible cultural tapestry, with amazing Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, Italian, and Andean influences. From unique flavors and presentations served fresh from their trademark cebiche bar to delicious dishes cooked in their charcoal-fired oven, every bite was amazing. This is definitely one of my new top restaurants in SF!
