What if you submitted a resume with the wrong dates? I accidentally submitted the wrong one that had a 9 months of employment when the correct one had 2 months, other than that my BG check is clear 😀 I submitted a reference for that job so hopefully they come through for me

I thought they could ask your previous employer if you're eligible to be hired again or would you hire the individual again. Also, will the background check states if you were a temporary employee, employee, contracted.

Nowadays they don’t even let you get to the background check. They make you fill out a lil survey with questions before you even get the interview 😩

100% if sending recent pay stub black out the amounts a lot of states are saying it’s illegal to ask current or past compensation.

I’m just pivoting from healthcare to corporate and never had to do such an in depth employment verification before to the point where I’m now noticing some dates are off from my resume for older jobs. Wasn’t on purpose just was never a problem in my field. I wonder if this will ruin me with Hr 🥲
