what this eye place got me going thru 😭 wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. they refunded me $114 bc I canceled the glasses since it’s still 2-4 business days, & I paid $189 so basically “the rest was for the eye exam that was supposed to be free with 2 pair of glasses” just like they promote but even that doesn’t make any sense. bc they promote that yet when I asked ab that promotion they told me “it’ll be over $230 bc they do take my insurance but only for 19 years & under” (I was ok with paying that since I was guaranteed glasses same day) but clearly lied to & was told AFTER I paid they didn’t have my lens so can’t get them same day. & it was $189, I found out today when I called to cancel my glasses & get my refund “they used my insurnace or I would’ve paid more” but yet they said they couldn’t take my insurance bc I’m over the age of 19 🤔. so now idek if I can still use my insurance for a free pair of glasses bc my insurance gives me a free pair a year. I only went here bc I’m blind & was guaranteed same day glasses so I didn’t care to pay. overall just dissapointing but I used my prescription to order new ones & have been using my old broken ones for the meantime but I’ve had the biggest migraine ever for the past 2 days & am so embarrassed I had to dial 911 to get them out but thankfully this lady was so sweet & so reassuring & she was able to get them out even tho it took her a while as well bc my eyes are so sensitive. #fyp #eyecare #vision #glasses #eyecontact @Stanton Optical
