100% if it’s safe to do so you should always serve to avoid the pothole cause it’s unnessesary wear on the car, this can cause alignment issues, suspension issues, flat tires if you hit one hard enough etc etc.. not worth the damage

At what point do we start to think: maybe we’re not interesting enough to talk for a living?

Land Rovers and Range Rovers are built to spend their days in the shop….just because you see a commercial with them driving in the desert doesn’t mean they were built for off-road…if she saw them in an ad driving on the Moon, she’d say they were made for Moon driving….

You can usually go around them but they aren’t usually going to mess up your car

If there’s no one next to you, sure avoid. I would prefer if the car ahead of me maneuvered around a pot hole, that way I also have enough time to react to the hole in the road. 🙃

🙋♀️car person here that has owned my own automotive repair business and work for a couple dealerships. Land Rover and range rovers and other ATV style vehicles don't have any better suspension or off-road capabilities than any other car except for the style of those systems. Land Rover specifically is a dealership I used to work for and we had cars come in all the time with front end suspension damage because of potholes and speed bumps. The area I live in has a lot of both and unfortunately the suspension just can't handle it. I say all of this to say that is always a good idea to avoid hitting the bump or traumatic area as much as possible. because your suspension will take on more wear and tear and breakage if you hit them.

I live in Atlanta it’s always busy as well I am still able to safely avoid potholes 99% of the time especially if you know where they are. Just because the car is build for off-roading doesn’t mean potholes don’t still hurt the suspension
