Someone walked in once, I said “Hi the computers are 100% down, I cannot check you out. You cannot get any items at all.” They said Ok no prob. Then tried to check out at item 2 min later. I said “I told you I couldn’t do this?” They said “Oh I thought you were joking.” WHY. You think I’m standing here in front of an OFF DARK COMPUTER for no reason?!?

They do that to me in the pharmacy. I tell them 30 minutes, & they think that bc I don’t have an actual line, I don’t have other ppl ahead of them. “You just slap a label on a box!” Um, that’s not how that works & I still have ppl ahead of you.
