I do this. Only I use a slap chopper. Fast easy. Chop up a lot of my veggies like this and freeze so they don’t go bad. 👍

whenever I cut up onions or celery, I go crazy wild and cut a bunch of it up at one time, then I store separately just like this and use it when I need it down to bell peppers when they get a bit wrinkly. I try to run a no waste kitchen I have most of my life💙💙

I do this with garlic. Mince it first, put in a ziplock. Use a ruler to press a score mark grid of squares the size of cloves. Once frozen, you can snap off as many clove sized squares as needed. 😁

I tend to cut up any veggies at the end of the week, toss in olive oil and herbs and spices, bake in oven until soft, brown, or however you like. Tada. Veggie bake. Leftovers can be frozen. 😁

I just did this with my onions. I got a bag of yellow onions but I’m the only one that eats them so 80% would have gone bad so now I have a gallon sized ziplock of diced onions in my freezer
