Cut the carpet out. Buy a new piece. If you can’t get an exact match take a piece out of a closet and put the unmatched piece in the closet space and the matching piece in the stain’s spot.

Now, not only is your carpet ruined, your subfloor for sure has water damage. Dry that immediately to about mold/rot
