also: highly recommend a lawyer that you only pay if you win. They def help for sure. I feel like I wouldn't have won my case if I didn't have my lawyer, therapist letter, and my DOR counselor there to also attest to my disabilities.

I sure wish I had your videos 4 years ago when I first started my disability journey! I am now appealing at a Federal level & all 4 years have been with lawyers! Praying 🙏 the Federal judge votes in my favor!

I've said about half of the things you said (especially the 1st 3). SSDI approved first time and VA disability increased. be honest but know how to say what you need to convey!

I have fibromyalgia and im a bus driver. im drive 2 hrs in the morning come sleep till I have to drive 1 hr midday come sleep till I drive again at 2 till 430. I can't take any of my meds till I get home at 430 to help with pain.

I have type 1 narcolepsy. I literally fall asleep randomly, even while standing. even if I'm medicated. my judge still denied my case. now I'm waiting on a decision from council. I'm exhausted and frustrated. crying is my new normal.

I've been doing a wfh flexible job, technically self-employed, and the longest I've been able to work is three and a half hours (from my laptop laying in bed). I keep detailed records of when I work, usually an hour or two at a time. Hopefully, these records will help show the judge I cannot work full time but I am trying my best.

I was seeing a heart dr that would not help me I was having so many pvc's that almost all those described me b4 I chaned dr's. Now I am working ongetting my life back!

I have been disabled from an auto accident at work for 12 years. I have private investigators in front of my house daily. I know my workmans comp case will be coming up soon. I am nervous and scared. The doctor that social security had examine me sounded like he had already made up his mind that I was ineligible before the appointment was even over. He acted like I was wasting his time just by attending the appointment when I showed up 30 minutes early.
