your form is actually pretty good. it will get better with weight loss. i went through the same. I have trained most of my life. I stopped for a while and just started again. I noticed a big difference in posture when my joints had less fat around them. you are doing really well! ❤❤

When squatting, sit back or concentrate weight shift to heels and then proceed to parallel. Push up on heels and keep your chest up

Your phone is pretty good but try to keep your back a little straighter. I don't want you to strain your lower back too much. I'm not a trainer, but I do train with one and that's always a concern. You've got this.!!
