When I was in that situation, the insecure competitor had influence on everyone including management and that's when I realized that she was having an affair with the management. Not only did I ignore but I pretended as if I didn't notice anything until they got tired of trying to sabotage me

Too late…. Already had to speak to my superior…. Let’s see what happens 🙏🏼sometimes you have to show people you what you are made of, they think they are privileged and can get away with certain behaviors.

👏👏👏 so true it’s the same with family and family narcissists and family troublemakers and family chaos instigators these people love it when you feed into their negativity they should be absolutely zero exchange of energy unfortunately sometimes they will result in them physically trying to get your attention. We’ll get a reaction and then in those cases you do have to report them or if it’s family go no contact.
