You have to make a clear storyboard first, then make it in 12 r 16 fps, last, is smoothing in 24 fps, you can check in my post

Make the first like 4 to 3 frames slow and then kinda ramp it up faster and faster or when a character is jumping make it so that there slower mid air and then make them go fast when there hitting the ground and make sure people know there about to jump and also make sure that the small things have great movement like if ypu had a bad animation and ypu anime the hair flowing mak sure to make that it looks good course sometimes small things in animation can take it the next level
