I put House traps back in? Sewer gases are all trapped at the individual fixture in every building code I’ve been in in the United States.

Just out of curiosity why put the concrete back in? Why not just some kind of a hatch or something that makes it easy to get to in the future?

lots of houses had house trap. they are useless. If u cut out the trap why would u put one back in. find the fittings

Most of the time, the trap is going to be 6 inch on an older home. I always try to find the transition from 4 to 6 before the trap
