If u put the chicken wings in heavily seasoned buttermilk and marinate in the fridge for 6-24 hrs it eliminates the first step and u can go right to the seasoned flour and comes out super crispy.

Put your wings on a wire rack in the refrigerator for at least 2 hrs no more than 24. For crispy wings you need baking powder. I season my wings with Cajun spice mix & baking soda. In the air fryer for a total of 24 minutes at 380 🤌🏼

why does everyone use 8 cups of flour and seasoning for 6 wings. youre just going throw out all that flour and batter. there might be 3 tablespoons stick to the wings.
